About External Turning Holders
PROEDGE supplies four distinct clamping systems for external turning. M-clamp (top clamp + hole) provides maximum rigidity for heavy roughing. W-clamp (wedge) allows fast tool-free insert indexing. A-clamp suits positive inserts and light finishing. B-clamp (lever wedge) combines speed and rigidity for production turning. Screw-on styles (SCLCR/L, SDJCR/L, SVQBR/L etc.) are used for positive insert copy turning. Threading holders SER/L cover single-point external thread generation. All shanks are ground square to ISO 5610 — fully compatible with all CNC turret systems.
