About Turning Inserts

Seven distinct grades cover every material group: UC70 cermet excels at high-speed steel finishing with mirror-quality surface finish; UP1425/UP1225 CVD-coated carbides dominate steel roughing and semi-finishing; UM5625/UM5825 PVD grades handle stainless steel; UK3030 ceramic-based grade machines cast iron at high speed; YC1125 is optimised for interrupted cuts and difficult conditions; UN07 uncoated for non-ferrous. All insert designations follow ISO 1832 for universal compatibility with standard toolholders.
